 At Molded N' Modesty, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customers as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed. 

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION 

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot be canceled or changed. However, we will do our best to support your request. 

PROCESSING

It normally takes 4-10 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included. It takes longer for us to process pre-order items, please contact for more information regarding pre-order terms and conditions. 

SHIPPING

Shipment takes approximately 3-15 business days to reach destination countries. 

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time 

DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please note that it can take longer than expected due to invalid address, custom clearance, procedures, or other issues. 

Postal Deliveries: If you have not received your package based on the above  estimates, please feel free to contact us by email at molded.n.modesty@gmail.com. Please contact us by email within 2 weeks of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?

 

Due to Covid-19, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. This is a safety measure to ensure that we are doing our part to "stop the spread". We may be able to accommodate a discount if you wish to repurchase the item, please contact us to discuss your situation. 

What if my order is damaged or defective?

In the unfortunate event that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, we offer full refunds. We ask that you provide a photo of the product to our customer service department so that we may work to process your refund request. Please contact us by email at molded.n.modesty@gmail.com. A representative will reply to you within 24 hours. 

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive and confirmation email, which will contain your package tracking number.

Do you provide International delivery?

International delivery is provided with additional service surcharge.
