 At Molded N' Modesty, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customers as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed. 


A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot be canceled or changed. However, we will do our best to support your request. 


It normally takes 4-10 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included. It takes longer for us to process pre-order items, please contact for more information regarding pre-order terms and conditions. 


Shipment takes approximately 3-15 business days to reach destination countries. 

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time 


Delivery Times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please note that it can take longer than expected due to invalid address, custom clearance, procedures, or other issues.

What is your returns policy?


 Exchanges are accommodated within 30 days of original purchase.  Garment(s) must be unworn and original tags must be attached. We are able to provide full refunds to customers once the product has been shipped back to us. In the event that shipping costs would exceed the value of your items, we will provide a 30% refund on your un-returned item.  

Note: Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return return or exchange will be valid after accepted by our customer service center.  

What if my order is damaged or defective?

In the unfortunate event that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, we offer full refunds. We ask that you provide a photo of the product to our customer service department so that we may work to process your refund request. How do I track my order?


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an confirmation email, which will contain your package tracking number.

International delivery is provided with additional service surcharge.
